Put simply, since its inception in 1950, the Formula One race series has been world television's most iconic and well-known race series. The first race aired on TV was the 1953 British Grand Prix which was broadcast by the BBC. Since then the series has now expanded to major worldwide coverage with major TV channels in every nation forming the "World Feed" and broadcasting every major race. In the early 90's the league expanded to a corporate entity that carried the "World Feed" in every represented nation.
