From TV and Cartoon Shows of the 80s, 90s, and Early 00s that are some of my favourites.

Over the past 20 years TV shows have been known to include villans to counter-act the heroes that have been appointed to some of the TV shows and cartoons we know and love. So here's my list of the 10 best evil dudes in TV and Cartoons.

10. Lex Luthor (Smallville)

Let's face it. Lex Luthor is the most heinous of all the evil dudes. He's smart and one step ahead of his enemies. He is also one to put on a good emotional screw job on everyone including his own father. This season of Smallville sees Lex stealing Lanna Lang from Clarke. Ooh what a twist.

9. Cy-Kill (Challenge of the Gobots)

For a guy who used to be a Guardian he certainly puts the "IC" in dispicible. Trying everything that's Gobotronionly possible to rid himself of Leader-1 and the Gaurdian forces but he almost always ended up with a big fat failliure on his record.

8. Tex Hex (Bravestarr)

Hooh lawdy. A onerey claim jumper and all around Meanie Bo Beanie why would we not have one as evil as Tex Hex in a cartoon like this to counter act the do good power of Marshall Bravestarr? Especially since he had a lot of short comings in his quest to jump every claim in New Texas.

7. Mum-Ra (Thundercats)

Mum-Ra is probably one of my favourite evil dudes of all time. He almost always bested Lion-O and the Thundercats at one time or another but ulitmately he failled to get rid of them. Even with his henchment the Berserkers he couldn't really get rid of them.

6. Big Boss (C.O.P.S.)

Big Boss and his gang of crooks always made life for the Central Organization of Police Specialists more difficult than it needed to be but BB's blundering has cost the Crooks everything, and sometimes their freedom from the law known as C.O.P.S.

5. Miles Mayhem (M.A.S.K.)

Miles and Max Mayhem are the founders of V.E.N.O.M. or Vicious Evil New Order of Mayhem. Miles Mayhem's sole purpose is world domination no matter how many of the M.A.S.K. (Mobile Armoured Strike Kommand) agents get in his way. I bet that Miles and Max Mayhem would step over their own mother to take over the world but if it wasn't Matt Trekker and M.A.S.K. the Mayhem brothers would have more than likely suceeded in their quest.

4. MegaByte (ReBoot)

A virus with a foul temper whose bark is much worse than his byte, sorry about the pun, but MB was always trying to devise a way to take over Mainframe and infect the super computer. In fact he almost did suceed in his quest but if it wasn't for the quick actions of Mouse he would have suceeded. After Megabyte was sucked into the net he engineered a system crash.

3. Skeletor (He-Man and the Masters of the Universe)

Skeletor is to He-Man what Hordak was to She-Ra. Nothing is his equal. I think everyone needs a nemesis like Skeletor to pull through the monotomy that is Eternia.

2. Blokk (Shadow Raiders)

Blokk is the almost lovable, but half-witted, companion to Lamprey and Voyd. He almost always has a plan to destroy the planetary alliance and destroy worlds in the process. I think that if it wasn't for Lamprey Blokk would be lost.

1. Megatron (Transformers)

The terror of all bots and the one to look out for. Megatron is my #1 bad guy in his many incarnations. Like glue he and the Optimuses are like two old warriors whose story has no begining and whose story has no end. Whether it's Primal or Prime that's facing Megatron this is the one bad guy who can be counted on to give his enemies a good emotional screw job to make them lose sight of what's important.

And the Rest in no particular order.
Starscream (Transformers)

Starscream is a neverending schemer who is always trying to overthrow Megatron and take over leadership of the Decepticons. He is the one of his lackeys that Megatron doesn't trust.

Ransack and Crumplezone (Transformers Cybertron)

This dastardly duo is tough on the outside but on the inside they wear a white stripe. They even have that "Team Rocket is blasting off again" vibe going on.

Team Rocket (Pokemon)

Team Rocket is dedicated to filtching other people's pokemon. The trio of Jessie, James, and Meowth is always ready to call upon their pokemon to help them steal the rare and unusual pokemon.

Buggyz (One Piece)

I think that out of all the evil dudes on One Piece Buggyz is my favourite especially when he faced off against Luffy and lost.

Maximillion Pegasus (Yu-Gi-Oh!)

The millionaire busnessman and the inventor of the Duel Monsters card game Maximillion was given a mysterious eye that gives him the power to see into his oponent's decks and see what cards they have.

Yami-Bakura (Yu-Gi-Oh!)

Yami-Bakura is the evil incarnation of Bakura Ryou who will stop at nothing to obtain Prince Atem's millinenum puzzle.

Yami-Marik (Yu-Gi-Oh! Enter the Shadow Relm)

Yami-Marik is the evil incarnation of Marik. He has a foul temper and is willing to send anyone and everyone to the shadow relm until he gets his hands on Yu-Gi's millineum puzzle but he falls short and is sent to back to the shadow relm after Marik forefeits his final match.

Noa Kaiba (Yu-Gi-Oh! Enter The Shadow Relm)

Noa is Mokuba and Seto's step brother. He traps them in his own virtual world but when he fails to dispose of Seto and Mokuba their father Gotzoporo Kaiba takes over.

The Big Five.

The executives of Kaiba Corp who are trapped in the virtual world and try to leave via the body of Tristan.

Vegeta (Dragonball Z)

Vegeta is Goku's saiyn brother and a prince of royalty. He and Bulma hit it off right away. They married and had 2 children Trunks and Bulba.

Majin Buu (Dragonball Z)

Majin Buu is a remorseless eating machine who turned all of the citizens of earth into candy and ate them. It wasn't until Buu befriended Hercule that Buu began to realize that friendship is more important than killing people and eating them.

Myotismon (Digimon: Digital Monsters)

If you want to talk about the roots of all evil iin the digital world Myotismon would be it. A vampire digimon with a voratious appitite for human flesh he goes to the real world to find and destroy the eight digidestined child that could destroy him.

Magneto (X-Men)

Magneto is the leader of the Mutant rebellion and is a dear friend of Professor Xavier's. Magneto believes that a war is brewing between mutants and humans. It's a war that he aims to finish and a war which Professor Xavier intends to stop.
