A Little Princess
Release: May 10, 1995

When her father enlists to fight for the British in WWI, young Sara Crewe goes to New York to attend the same boarding school her late mother attended. She soon clashes with the severe headmistress, Miss Minchin, who attempts to stifle her creativity and sense of self- worth. Her belief that "every girl is a princess" is tested to the limit, however, when word comes that her father was killed in action and his estate has been seized by the British government.

Captain Crewe: "But before we walk in and catch them, they return to their places, quick as lightning."
Captain Crewe: "Magic has to be believed. That's the only way it's real. -Captain Crewe"
Sara: "Let's make a promise right now: to always look out for each other. -Sara"
Becky: "Becky: Oh my Lord. -Becky"
Miss Minchin: "You are no longer a princess...anymore -Miss Minchin"
Miss Minchin Sarah: "Don't tell me you still fancy yourself a princess.' 'All girls are princesses. -Miss Minchin Sarah"
Capt. Crewe:: "You know, dolls make the very best friends. Just because they can't speak doesn't mean they don't listen. And did you know that when we leave them alone in our room, they come to life? -Capt. Crewe:"
Captain Crewe: "I believe that you are, and always will be...my little princess. -Captain Crewe"
Sara: "I am a princess. All girls are. Even if they live in tiny, old attics; even if they dress in rags; even if they aren't pretty, or smart, or young. They're still princesses. All of us. Didn't you father ever tell you that? Didn't he? -Sara"
Sara and Becky: "Sara: "I'm wearing a long, velvet cape with fur on the collar. How about you?" Becky: "Well, I've always liked diamonds myself. Rings and bracelets, and a whole dress just covered with them! -Sara and Becky"
Miss Minchin: "This child has no father. Take her away! -Miss Minchin"
Sara Singing: "Take my heart, Take my heart Kindle it with your heart And my heart cannot be Kindled with out you With your heart kindle my heart -Sara Singing"
