Dr. Conway has invented a machine that can predict earthquakes. After failing to convince the Governor of a earthquake that hits California, Dr. Conway finds out there there will be a series of quakes that hitting around the world. Determined to discover the cause Dr. Conway and his team head to Carlsbad Caverns going deeper into the earth. They find a new element that may be the cause of quakes. The element when it makes contact with air becomes explosive but the element continues to head towards the Earth's service.
