Vernon Potts is the local high school nerd is picked on by everybody from students to the teachers. His only salvation is in his science experiments, his most recent one involving a new formula which transforms his pet guinea pig in a enraged monster. One night while staying late at the school on his experiment the crazy school janitor forces him to drink his formula which turns Vernon into a crazy monster. Vernon then begins to take his concoction more often taking on his oppressors one by one while everything works out at first in his favor he starts to become the suspect of the murders by police Lieutenant Bozeman and also Vernon risks hurting the innocent ones around him as well.
