Ellen:
"I felt like staying in. I thought it would be really nice to be alone."
Clark:
"Honey, I could never go anywhere without you."
Rusty:
"...Yep, the Griswolds are back."
Clark:
"There's the Left Bank, kids. Russ, I bet you can't guess what bank is on the right."
Rusty:
"The Bank of America."
Ellen:
"Clark, why don't we just forget the "Pig-in-a-Poke" itinerary, and just play it by ear, like normal people?"
Clark:
"Honey, we're not normal people. We're the Griswolds."
Rusty:
"Who was it that said when in Rome do as the Romans do?"
Clark:
"That was Rome not Paris. This is Paris and you're drunk."
Clark:
"Hey look kids, there's Big Ben, and there's Parliament... again."
Rusty:
"Great, are you happy now Dad? She's dead!"
Ellen:
"Clark, you're driving on the wrong side of the road!"
Clark:
"I realize that honey. I'm also on the wrong side of the car."
Clark:
"There's Buckingham Palace, kids. That's where the Queen lives and works."
Audrey:
"Works? What does she do, Dad?"
Clark:
"She queens... and vacuums."
Clark:
"There it is, kids. My motherland."
Rusty:
"Dad, Grandma's from Chicago."
Clark:
"Shut up, Russ!"
