After getting thrown out of their University where they studied parapsychology, a group of eccentric scientists set up shop as paranormal exterminators in the Big Apple. Armed with their arsenal of home-made ghost-hunting equipment, Doctors; Venkman (Bill Murray), Stantz (Dan Aykroyd), and Spengler (Harold Ramis) become the superstars of the supernatural as they rid New York of pesky poltergeists and gooey ghouls. As their business booms, bigger and badder problems arise when a demonic portal begins to open in the middle of Central Park West! So who ya gonna call?
