Valentino:
"[to Star, fast-ering the red string around the trees] Careful, uh; My mother was shaved, for that yarn."
King Magnifico:
"(with his staff) There will be no wishing on stars, ever again."
Asha:
"♪So I look up at the stars to guide me,
and throw caution to every warning sign
I'm sure there will be challenges that find me,
but I can take them one at a ti-iii-ime
So, I make this wi-iii-ish,
to have something more for us than this
So, I make thi-iii-is wi-iii-ish,
to have something more for us than, this♪"
Asha/(Backup Vocals):
"♪Hey, yeah, yeah, yeah (So I make this wish)
Hey, yeah, yeah, yeah, ah, ah (to have something more)♪"
Asha:
"♪...more than this, Oh, a-aaa-ah, a-aaa-ah, a-aaa-ah
So I make thi-iii-is wish
to have something more, for us than this♪"
King Magnifico:
"♪I didn't wanna do this; I swore I'd never do this
But I'm hypnotized by how these pages flip
'Cause I refuse to have my power stripped
a Potion; a Spell; a Summon; a Curse?
Anything to make that light reverse
To this book, I don't wanna be tethered but... [music stops]
Desperate times call for desperate measures♪
("burrs") Where was I? Oh, yeah..."
Asha:
"[to her King Magnifico] You make it, so they forget the most beautiful part of themselves. ...and they don't know that they're missing. ...but you do. ...and, now I do. It's not fair. my Saba is good; and the people of Rosas are good. They deserve more than-..."
Magnifico:
"[the King turns towards her Princess, angrily] I decide, what everyone deserves."
Asha:
"[Star falls dust on the girl's goat] What are you doing? Valentino, don't eat that. [she blows away Star's falling dust, but her goat gulps down the dust. Valentino "baas" for a moment in disgust, but Star made a touch on his head, and the goat sits down]"
Valentino:
"[now speaks] It didn't work. [Asha gasps at her goat; Star giggles] When does the magic happen? Aah! [he covers his mouth with a hoof for a moment]"
Asha:
"Oh, something happened."
Valentino:
"I'm talking; I am talking. [he stands four-up] Ha! Who knew my voice would be this low?"
