Military Strategist: "We are preparing to construct a 30-metre high, 80-metre deep barbed-wire fence along the coast. We will send 50,000 volts of electric currents through the fence in the hopes of electrocuting Godzilla to death. We will have to evacuate the people along the coast, of course, and maintain a safe distance of 500 meters from the entire fence perimeter. The Coast Guard and the Army will work to implement this defense plan."

Kyohei Yamane: "I can't believe that Godzilla was the only surviving member of its species... but if we continue conducting nuclear tests, it's possible that another Godzilla might appear somewhere in the world again."
