I remember i saw this in 1996 when i went to Mesa Arizona to see my Cousin for the holidays. Me and him both enjoyed seeing this movie together as i was 14 that year, i own this now on Blu-Ray with the Director's Cut that helps improves the film.
It's a fun Arnold Schwartzenger comedy gem that is underrated and a nice satire on commericialism around christmas as it reflected the big He-Man, Power Ranger and Cabbage Patch Kids craze of the 80's and 90's.

Thats an awesome movie, and it does tap into the crazy aspect of the holidays getting just the right gift at any coast at any time.
That's a good movie. Turboman reminds me of the Power Ranger craze.

This was a very good movie. Though, I haven't watched it since I was eight, maybe twelve? Got it recorded somewhere.

Yes..
There was one scene that was in the VHS but cut from the DVD (I don't remember which scene). Is it included on the Blu-ray?

wow i didnt think anyone liked it, even me. that kid was a brat too.
comes on for like 24 hours on FX on x-mas day. Jingle all the day! lol

He also went to my old high school. He was two grades below me though but he knew my friend who was a grade below me. Kids picked on him alllll the time.

He didn't really get beat up (that I know of), but I do remember people would tape dismembered action figures of his character on his locker. They would also put pictures from the movie throughout the school and lockers...
