The Misfits (Danzig era) is not only the best horrorpunk, but best punk band period. Any band with the balls to produce a song about JFK getting shot is punk -- having Jackie O perform lude acts to his corpse? Horrorpunk at it's finest!

The Danzig era of the Misfits was the best. Shit, I own every album from that era.

I like most everything from the Misfits.
I don't really think that the Misfits without Glenn Danzig should be called the Misfits. They just weren't the same.
Man, they made such great music.
Its so cool being able to sing along to songs about aliens, zombies, death, and demons. Great band.

This Band Has Influenced Alot of meatl bands and shoud be considered Punk Metal
I don't really think they have much "metal" in their sound, but that's just me.

I hate all those fags who walk around with the misfit logo and skull on their t-shirts and bags and act emo when they dont even no one song from these guys...or even who they fuckin are.
ABSO-FUCKING-LUTELY! Seriously, I was out with my friend yesterday and I saw this 17 year old girl wearing a Misfits shirt and really tight jeans and I asked her if she knew who the band was. She said she brought the shirt because she thought the band's Fiend logo was cool. I was like "What the fuck!" That's why I hate these scene kids.
