This made-for-TV movie debuted on The Wonderful World of Disney in March 2000, and stars Lindsay Lohan & Tyra Banks. A young girl (Lohan) tries to resurrect her mother using a spellbook that brings back the dead she stole from an occult bookshop during the day. Then during her birthday she tried to use the incantation from the book to bring back her mother, but instead she mistakenly bring her doll (Banks) to life. Things were about to get weird when her world turns upside down by her doll turned human.
