Christian Slater plays a witty and handsome high school-drop named George Kuffs. George visits his older brother Brad in search of a loan since he lost his job and cannot support his pregnant girlfriend (played the lovely Milla Jovovich). Sadly, Brad is ambushed and killed by a crime lord he was hunting down for bounty. Now George inherits Brad's franchised civilian auxiliary police force then learns the importance of responsibility, consequences and control in his life.
