When a Chinese consul's daughter is kidnapped, two men, a strict Chinese martial artist and a cocky annoying LA cop, must overcome their differences and rescue her.

Carter: "It ain't my job to be jumping on or off buses. I do not do that. I'm not Carl Lewis."
Carter: "I know you didn't just touch my radio."
Lee: "The Beach Boys are great American music."
Carter: "The Beach Boys are going to get you a great a** whooping. Don't you EVER touch a black man's radio, boy. You can do that in China, but here you will get your a** killed."
Carter: "You don't know nothing about no War."
Lee: "Everybody knows War."
Carter (after hearing Lee singing): "It ain't you all. It's y'all."
Lee: "Yaw."
Carter: "Y'all."
Lee: "Yawl."
Carter: "Man, you sound like a karate movie."
Carter: "Do you understand the words that are coming out of my mouth! -Carter"
