I go with Urkel, his character was pretty entertaining. But Spreech/Dustin Diamond turned out to be an enormous douche. That and his character was much more irritating than Urkel.

Urkel was the biggest nerd, but Screech is my favorite. That dude is straight up ballin
Urkel invents stuff, and Screech has an annoying voice, but I love both shows though.
Urkel was a much bigger nerd, but Screech was less annoying...until he developed that really annoying voice on "Saved By The Bell: The New Class"

I liked Screech better. Until he grew up but kept trying to play the puberty-ridden teenager. That got old.
