What are the single rarest games you own on each of your consoles?

Here are my lot:

SEGA Master System - Cheese Cat-astrophe Starring Speedy Gonzales
SEGA Mega Drive - Asterix & The Power of The Gods (Australian silver cartridge)
Nintendo Game Boy - BC Kid
SEGA Game Gear - The Lost World: Jurrasic Park (unless Tintin in Tibet is rarer)
Nintendo Pokemon Mini - Pokemon Tetris
Nintendo Gamecube - Chibi Robo

Anyways I've never actually sat down and did any real figuring. But, I think it's hilarious that my copy of Final Fantasy VII is worth almost a hundred dollars.
Seriously, how the Hell did that happen?
Doesn't everybody in the world who cares, already own this game? I mean, it was only on store shelves, brand new, for at least a decade. And for the better half of that decade it was only $19.95...

I believe the only rare games i have are

Harvest Moon 64
Ogre Battle 64

i believe they are rare. Ive seen them go for like $250 on ebay if you have manual and box -which i do for both-

a first release version of LOZ: TOoT Gold Cartridge on N64

I guess my most rare is an unopened Power Blade on the NES, then 2nd would be Resident Evil on the Saturn

Gamecube - NCAA College Basketball 2k3 (supposedly the rarest game on the system. Not that impressive but I thought it belonged here.)
