With Game Gear, you don't really have much of a selection of quality. The Sonic games, Shining Force II: The Sword of Hajya, Defenders of Oasis... those're the only worthwhile selections. Unless you're a collector, you're better off saving your money.
Sonic Triple Trouble is worth getting a Game Gear for. Go for it.

Gamegear is cool, I got it about 12 years ago from my cousin(with Streets of rage, and a WWF game, and Sonic2)

I still have mine. I strongly recommend getting an AC adaptor for it though.
Not as good as the NES version... it's fun, but kinda boring, and too easy (I prefer it for Mega Man beginners though... if they even exist).
The Robot Masters featured at the beginning are Bright Man, Napalm Man, Star Man, and Stone Man. Dr. Cossack's fortress contains Wave Man's and Toad Man's levels and respective bosses. Wily's fortress is actually Quick Man's stage, though you are taken to a condensed Dr. Wily stage after going through the first boss door instead. The ending features Dr. Cossack's fortress being destroyed.

give it a try, but i highly recommend getting the a/c adapter since it uses 6 AA batteries

Or the car adaptor that fits into the cigarette lighter :lol:
There are a few good games but it does waste a hell of a lot of batteries. My friend played it one night for only a few hours and had to change the batteries.
