I remember having a action figure in the middle 90's that had a pump that came along with it. You could attach it to the head and suck out the air so you could pose it however you wanted. Before you say "Oh that was Stretch Armstrong's arch enemy," it's not. These action figures came about 5 years after that and in different variations such as fire, earth, ice(I had that one). The Ice one had a freeze cannon and a little sidekick guy called "FrostBite" I wish I knew what they were called, all I came up with was V.A.C. or something like that.

They also had a V.A.C. factory or something where you could put the powder in the rubber bodies and attach the heads to make your own.
