I remember this PSA from the 80's/90's. it went like this -

Hey mommy, mommy! Hey daddy, daddy!
Buckle me into my safety seat, my safety seat.
Watchin’ the world from my safety seat!
When we go for a ride in the car, car, car!
If we wanna go near or far, far, far!
We’ll be safe when we ride in the car!

I have never been able to find it online.

Anyone remember it?
