I doubt I'll find it, and it's what I get for having a family with a bad case of the stupid but...

There was a news show on PBS/WGBH Boston that came out in the late afternoon/early evening.. Maybe it was on at 7 or 8 or even 6 back in the late 80's or most likely early 90's. It wasn't a very high budget, it went around to local places and did little pieces on whatever... I only watched it once. I don't know how long it ran or anything, but I'd like to at least get an idea of what the show's name was so I could look up clips.

(if you're wondering why I want to try to find clips of a show I only saw once... It was because I was interviewed on a piece about the summer and the importance of swimming, and I'm certain myf amily forgot to record it, I just wanna see the off chance if I could find something online or looking for a title while fastforwarding old castette tapes so I don't miss it)

    Forget about it dude.

    Try contacting the station directly.

That's even less helpful than not replying at all.

          That makes no sense.

But I can't fathom how you would think calling the station would help when I don't even know the name of a show that was on 15-20 years ago.

I think you answered your own question, guy.

Asking specific local queries on a retro site ain't gonna help your cause....

I disagree. I've gotten -good- ideas of what direction to go, local or not, from this site. I think at least getting a direction on a name wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility. More of a possibility of calling the station.
