trying to remember an old pc game from my childhood. All I know is that it came with my very first computer back in the 90's. maybe 94-99?
It came with a Packard Bell Desktop computer, 94-99, it was a computer game for kids and all I can remember about the game is that you could do different things and one of the things is color pictures. It had all different pictures and when you finished coloring the picture in you could press "Print" or "play" and when you pressed play it played as a short cartoon. Each picture turned into a different cartoon. It also came with another game called "Microsoft Dangerous Creatures"

There was a game that came with late Windows 3.1/early Windows 95 Packard Bells called "Spiderman Cartoon Maker", which fits your description. Not sure if that's what you were looking for, but hope it helped! :)
