I remember those shows: Roundhouse, Are You Afraid of the Dark, Weinerville (which was incredibly strange) and You Can't Do That On Television (which was strange also).

Does anyone remember their teenage soap drama, "fifteen" ???? I just remember the character Ashley, who was played by a pretty blonde actress who I have seen in some Lifetime movies... her character in the show had an alcohol problem.

    ~Susie

I totally remember "Fifteen," and was suprised to find that Ryan Reynolds, of "Two Guys and a Girl" and "Van Wilder" and married to Alanis Morisette fame, played a kid (Billy, I think) on there...he always said he felt "lousy" and I think he had a substance abuse problem with (as crazy as this sounds) buttermilk? I just remember a female character (actually, Ashley I think) saying "I found a flask of buttermilk in his bookbag."

Roundhouse is the same this as All That, without the hot latin chick. Yeah, Are you AFraid fo the Dark used to be so scary it was unbelievable....zeke the plummer with no nose, that would still scare me...

I watched Are You Afraid Of The Dark? on YTV as a kid, and it was always scarier than Goosebumps.

i would much rather watch "Inliving Color" over any of the "All that" or "Mad TV" type shows. But i watch them nun the less. Any way you 'Mad tv' has spy vs. spy. very tough to beat the comidy level of Spy vs. spy.

About the Scary. I definitely enjoyed "Are you afraid of the dark". and goosebumps was a step down from that.....

Roundhouse, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, and all the other Nick and Snick shows mentioned here absolutely rocked (longs for reruns of Mr. Wizard and Double Dare).

I actually have (or had) a tape full of Fifteen episodes. That was, overall, a good show that got better as it went along. The guy who played Dylan appeared on several episodes of Felicity a few years ago and showed signs of making very good progress as an actor -- not that he wasn't good before.

You Can't Do That On Television? Classic. Will always be acclaimed and remembered.

              Anyone remember Today's Special?

Nick really, really needs to release these classics on DVD or something. I'd buy a DVD player if that happened.

RoundHouse was great. It was like "In Living Color meets the Mickey Mouse Club", I loved it.

My goal in life when I was a kid was to be a dancer and preformer on Roundhouse. I loved it so much.

It was very unfortunate that Dominic Lucero passed away on the day it went off the air.

Roundhouse so totally ruled!! And for me, it will and always has been better than All That.

I personally never liked All That, and was upset when Roundhouse was taken off all those years ago. All That was just way too corny for my tastes, or either too kiddy for me, even though I was still a kid myself. Who knows. I guess Roundhouse was more teen-ager-ish, even though I was still preteened age (I'm pretty sure I was) when I watched it.

Ok, I still liked All That, but I was upset, too when Roundhouse went away. Only people I remember was thattall thin blonde-haired guy, and the latino-ish/ or maybe it was native-american? lookin pretty girl.

I remember this one skit where that girl really loved a type of sandwich, so some guy suggested she marry it... AND SHE DID! I think I also remember some episode where they had plastic lips or something, but that's all.

I used to feel like I was the only one who remembered and liked this show. Now I know I'm not alone :)

I was a teenager, a young teenager when Roundhouse came out. That was part of my regular Saturday night lineup: Rugrats, Doug, R&S, Clarissa, Roundhouse, Are you Afraid of the Dark. Yep, good times- OH and "Welcome Freshmen" and "Fifteen." Early 90's cheezy goodness right there. DAMN YOU NICKELODEON and your silly "goodness- knows- what -you're- showing -now" crap!

While I'm at it, remember the little Nickelodeon station ID things...there was one I loved with this computer animated head whose nose grows into this cup and he sucks up the water and turns blue...oh then there was this creepy one where a little boy is sleep walking and there's this whisper: "Nickeelloooodddeeeon".

roundhouse was awesome! i remember that it was actually a decent sketch show. Weinerville was also a funny show, but very weird, i remember watching it in the mornings before school when it was in that time slot at some point. Now that i think of it, nick has had a few great sketch shows over the years, roundhouse, weinerville, YCDTOTV, maybe they should try to find their roots again
