I remember a bumper that was part of alot of bumpers. it was bet 1989-1992 when this was played. A brickwall backdrop...a firehydrant, and next to it was a hat. Then a cowboy pops up with a guitar and sings "After these messages we'll be right back". Then a Horse would fall on him. I clearly remember that bumper, not none of the others from that era. If anyone has any of these bumpers or knows what I'm talking about, please respond!

I remember the ABC bumpers from the late 80's. Aside from the claymation bumpers, there were young kids are singing the ABC Saturday morning bumpers. That was used probably in the early 90's though where they switched back to claymation bumpers. I missed all the kids singing the ABC saturday morning bumpers saying "After these messages, we'll be right back!". That bumper was from the "Bugs Bunny & Tweety Show" since I used to watch it since I was young.

There was audio and video on my end, maybe try a different media player like VLC. Or maybe it's codec problem

I just started the process, and it's actully something you have to pay for at the free downloads site. Crap. I thought it was free. how misleading

there was indeed a fire hydrant. a dog said "after these messages" and lifted his leg and the hydrant burst open soaking the dog and says "well be right back.

I vagley remember that. I sure wish I could see the video without having to pay to download something. It's such a pain to only hear sound, but no video.

                            I remember those.

Back when Cartoon Network released its own Saturday morning cartoon lineup (redundant idea, huh?), I thought that they could use something along the same lines to differentiate their SatAM line-up from the rest of the schedule. Not something exactly, but something that reminds you that it's a different block of shows.
Saturday Morning isn't just a part of the week. It's a state of mind.

In order to view the video files from this website, you must have the latest version of the DivX Codec. All of the files are encoded using this codec in order to greatly reduce the file size. To download, visit www.divx.com and download the latest player. Download the free version...you do not need to pay for anything. Furthermore, you should have a program such as WinZip to get access to the videos as all videos are placed into a .zip folder before being made available for download.

I clicked on that as well to see if there's a newer version of VLC player than the one I have. I really don't think that's a legitimate site because it was asking for payment information. What's up with that?

If JP or anyone else is still interested in getting VLC media player then go here - VLC media player. This is the actual site for this player. Just select your operating system under the section where it says Download VLC. It's a good media player considering its so small, it's memory efficient, and it can play most video files. The player itself doesn't look very pretty, but it gets the job done.

Back on topic. I remember those bumpers. I really got sick of them back when I was a kid though. They just signaled the start of a boring commercial break from my cartoon watching pleasure. Though, after watching the ones from Blmdude2k6's download link I almost miss them now... Almost.
