Does anyone know which eps of Beavis and Butthead were banned? I know the following are banned:
At the movies (due to dynamite down the toilet and a cop shooting his toes off)
Good Credit (credit card fraud, incest and lesbian jokes about the brady bunch)
Stewarts House (B & B snorting stove gas and blowing up a kitchen)
Way down mexico way ( B & B hit a mexican kid with a baseball bat then swallow condoms full of drugs)
Balloon (They unsuccesfully try to kill dolphins with balloons)
Incognito ( Gun use in school)
Heroes (shooting down a plane)
And the following eps are censored:
Tornado (Barneys hands on fire)
Comedians (beavis lighting newspapers on fire)
At the sideshow (Beavis saying "i like to burn stuff", aerosmith vid cut due to masturbation refs)
Babes r us (babes in toyland vid cut due to fire ref)
Scared Straight (plasmatics vid cut due to fire ref)
Home Improvement (paint sniffing scene cut)
Wow, looking back the early years were NOTHING like it was near the later years, or even the movie
Did i miss anything?

No, looks like you got most of 'em. The "Stewart's House" episode WAS eventually released with the gas scene omitted and Beavis saying he wants to burn something.

In "Scientific Stuff" one of the adolescents originally discussed lighting their farts on fire, which was eventually removed by censors.

"Lawn and Garden" had fire references during one of the videos which were removed. Similiar fire references were removed from "Kidnapped".

In "Good Credit" and "For Better or Verse" scenes of Beavis playing with fire were removed, as well as the word "fire" and references.

Although I can't confirm it, I wouldn't be surprised "Washing the Dog" was banned because it features cruelty to animals, and who knows if some twisted kid actually tried cleaning his dog in the laundromat after seeing it.

Most references to fire were cut out after parents blamed the show that their son set their house on fire. It's the stupid kids' parents fault, not the show's!

And are the DVD's censored, too?

The sad thing is, they let this happen on the South Park Movie. Where 4 eight year olds are the protagonists.

            EIGHT YEAR OLDS.

so it's wrong for adolescents to light their farts on fire, yet it was OK for Kenny to light his fart on fire ?!

            That makes NO sense. :evil::evil::evil::evil:

Most of these episodes are from Seasons 2-3, and MTV2 doesn't show the older episodes very much. So they probably aren't going to show them.

A lot of episodes were banned after the October 1993 "fire" scandal so you probably won't see older B&B eps with fire-related scenes intact.

However there are a couple of references to it in later episodes, and there were a couple of episodes where Beavis utters that four letter word (no, not the one you're thinking about)

Wow, censorship sucks. Uh huh huh huh.

Ahem. Are any of these episodes going to be released on DVD uncut?

Apparently, some of the episodes on the Mike Judge Collection DVDs are marketed as uncut, but sources tell me that they have still been modified from their original versions.

4 years later they aired an episode where Beavis lights his fart on fire and he gets a terrible burn on his ass.

MTV2 just shows the same ones over and over again. And the official DVDs that are out are all censored. Mike Judge might be great, but why the f**k does he let the DVD sets go butched up?? There's rancher stuff on DVD sets nowdays that are 10x worse then B&B and no one complains on em. I say just look on Ebay for any bootlegged ones.

I think Mike Judge is suffering from GLS (George Lucas Syndrome). He is trying to revise history by not providing the original cartoons on new media, leaving the old versions to deteriorate.

I believe you are correct. I remember seeing some special feature on the DVD about how there were some parts of the older episodes that he didn't like, so he cut them out. I'd have to have a look at it again.

That's just sad that some episodes of Beavis and Butt-Head are banned. I loved the episode with the tornado that swept through there town of Highland.

I still have these episodes in there original form on Vhs

At the movies (B&B Too dumb for TV Vhs)
Good Credit (B&B There goes the Neighbourhood Vhs)
Stewart's house (B&B Too dumb for TV Vhs)
Way down Mexico way (B&B Too dumb for TV Vhs)
Balloon (B&B The History of Beavis patr 1 Vhs)
                                  Tornado (B&B Sticky situations Vhs)

I have a censord version of Sientific stuff (B&B The History of Beavis part 2 Vhs) but what I find odd is that Butt-Head is aloud too make a fire refrence but Beavis can't , Butt-Head suggest's to Daria that they burn some ants for their Science project But Beavis Can't talk about lighting farts.

I also have the clip from the 1993 MTV video music awards in were Beavis sets the award on fire & burns it's butt.

(Something tells me this clip may have inspired the episode Butt Flambe where Beavis gets his ass baddly burnt when he tries to light his own fart)
