Let me first point out my age – I was born in 1968 - ONLY 38 years old! (I am not old dangit!)

Now, let me try to explain the time period - I think this show was around the mid 70’s anywhere between 1975 and 1979 (at least it feels like it). If I can remember right, Sid and Marty Kroft were huge with Saturday morning variety. But, I want to say that it was a weekly show on Monday-Friday during the morning. - Perhaps not.

I want to say that show was called Frankenstein’s Castle or perhaps that was the name of one of the variety of shorts that occurred on this show. There was a sort of witch that did a cooking spot on the show where she said (and I remember this verbatim), "You think it's a plate. I think it's a frisbeeee!" and she throws it and breaks it.

Am I going mad, or am I the only one that remembers this? And no, this was not HR Puffnstuff with Witchiepoo. I distinctly remember Frankenstein’s Castle - but what was this thing? LOL Help!

Monster Squad is the only one that jumps out in my mind as having Frank N. Stein in it, around 76. I could very well be wrong, though.

What it sounds like is a Canadian made show called The Hilarious House Of Frightenstein...it's this campy variety show that started the late Billy Van, who played parts such as the count, the wolfman, the witch, an oracle...he played a lotta characters in the show...it also had Vincent Price in it, speaking at the beginning and the end of the show and inbetween segments, he would say some sort of rhyme...hope that helps...because they still show that on Space (a canadian sci-fi channel) :)

There wasn't a show called Frankenstein's Castle. Now there's a movie with that name, but not a show. It seems like you're the only one who remembers it. And yes, they are huge with the Saturday Morning variety back in the 70s (1974-1979) (I wasn't born until 1977, but I know this thanks to my older cousins). I miss those guys, all of their shows kicked ass.

But are you talking about the Krofft Supershow? I think you might be thinking of Dr. Shrinker.
