Hi,

Not sure if this post is appropriate here, but, I would like to ask you all one thing:

What keyboard instrument did Hoyt Curtin use to create the 1979 Hanna-Barbera logo jingle which drove the video that we know as the "Swirling Star"?

I'd say it was one of the following:
*Moog synthesizer
*Fender Rhodes electric piano with wah-wah pedal

The jingle sounds futuristic (read: swirling synth-pad notes to accentuate the swirling star animation, and as the star stops, a final note holds until the jingle's conclusion), and almost similar to the WGBH logo jingle, itself still in use to this day.
"I am such a purist for old information on anything '70s and '80s."
