There was a cartoon series in the 80's and all I can remember about it was one of the bad guys. He always had a vehicle, or anything he made for that matter, that had "ABC" on it. It stood for "Another Bad Creation." He was like an evil clown type, if I remember correctly. Does this ring a bell for anyone?
