hi all!
i have been wracking my brain trying to remember this one cartoon/show from when i was younger. the show involved a kid drawing and then he'd turn into a little yellow haired, red clothed kid basically the size of a pencil running around in the real world.

was aired between 1990 and 1994 i think. anyhow, hopefully other people remember otherwise it will feel as if i made it all up in my head lol like a dream :p :D
