I think so, yeah. It was rare though but it still kind of pissed me off. The main thing I would remember is the online schedule mishap.

Yeah. It was usually for sports. When that happened, the shows for later in the day were usually shown at 5am-7am.
I had that happen to me a lot. It still happens on ABC Los Angeles.
I hate that. That is one thing that sucks about living in the Pacific time zone.

Yes! I hated that as a kid! Seemed to happen with ABC a lot. This is the reason why I didn't get to see all of Sonic SatAM or Reboot because it kept getting pre-empted for news or sports.
