I thought i was the only one that was creeped out by the Urkel robot!! i still think it's a little eerie!
For some reason i was thinking that the robot was going to be Johnny Five, Steve Erkel was a scary guy in general, i wonder what hes doing now.

well he voiced Sonic the Hedghog and then he kind of went away. He was in a movie last year and I belvei he is getting into directing now.
Yeah, that thing was creepy, but wasn't there an Urkel puppet as well? If I remember correctly, that thing was about 100x's worse.
Yes, i thought it was the scariest thing it the world. i couldn't even watch a second of it without crying, it horrified me and still does to this day

I remember that episode. When it was almost over, the picture tube in my TV exploded and my VCR started eating my tapes. :D

Remember the part in that episode where Urkel-Bot shows Laura how he can mimic anyone's voices, then he starts singing like Elvis Presley?
It was much more pleasing to see Steve turn in to Stefan in the later episodes, remember that thingy he built, it was like a telephone booth but alot more funky.

if you'll notice it is one of the first appearances of the erkel bot because he has stairs to his door in the basement and not the elevator.

The Urkel Bot didn't scare me, it was cool.
I think I was more scared whenever Jaleel White dressed up as Myrtle Urkel, especially in the scenes where (s)he comes really close to kissing Eddie.

Yeah, I remember the toy, but I think there was a Halloween episode with an evil Urkel puppet or something like that. I could be thinking of something else, but I'm fairly sure this was Family Matters.
