I can't think of any movie I could watch over and over again.

    I think there was also a short lived Saturday morning cartoon too.
    From Hanna-Barbera (I think).

        One of my all-time favorite movies.

        I could watch it over and over as well.

            That's one movie that was ruined through aging for me. I loved it when it first came out, and loved it five years later....but I recently bought it on DVD and watched it again, and I was bored to tears. Sad, really. :(

                It's one of those movies where you have it on DVD but don't watch it very often, but when it comes on TV you watch the whole thing.

                "PILLS ARE GOOOOODD. PILLLS ARE GOOOOOOOOOOOD"

                There was a Saturday Night Live skit with Jeff Daniels in it. Someone was hosting a show that interviews a star and the star was Jeff Daniels. They showed a clip of D&D where it was him on the toilet with explosive diarrhea. After the audience laughs and they go back to the interview, the host asks about Speed. Daniels talks about working with Keanea Reeves and Dennis Hopper, and instead of showing a clip from Speed, they show the same clip from D&D with him struggling on the toilet! The last thing they talk about was his role in the classic 80's movie "Terms of Endearment". Then they go back to showing the same bathroom clip. Classic...

                        The original Dumb & Dumber was an excellent movie. The soundtrack is one of my favorite movie sound-tracks ever, and the movie is just plain witty & humerous from beginning to end.

                        I don't like some of the major flubs like how on March 17th, they have perfectly green trees in Rhode Island, and then further down its fall, and then winter again... but that's only because I've studied the film too hard after the 100th time!!

                          I love the bit with the briefcase;

                          "What was her last name, I know it starts with an S. Skippy, swimmy, sammy, Swanson.... (reads label) oh, Samsonite! I was way off."

                              My boyfriend and I still yell out this quote quite frequently.

                              Dumb and Dumber is definitely up there on my list of watch-over-and-over-again movies but it does take a back seat to Bad Santa.

                                  I actually remember seeing this movie in theaters when it first came out. That's kind of funny when you factor in that I was like seven/eight years old at the time, and 90% of the humor was well above my head.

                                    That's something that kind of amazed me. Jim Carrey launched his career with 1994's "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective", and later that year came "The Mask" and this one, "Dumb and Dumber". Jim Carrey had three successful movies in the same year!

                                      uh....Ace Ventura didn't launch his career...not by a long shot. You should probably read his iMdb file.

                                        Where's Ace Ventura 3? I think we all agree that it would be much appreciated.
