I remember a cartoon show I watched on the late 90s. between 1995 and 1999

and it had a baby that went on adventures in space and everywhere your imagination could go, I remember one episode of these aliens driving a space garbage truck??? I think the cartoon was made in the 80's or 90's please help me!!! I think the babys name was max or something, IDK I just want to know b4 I die
