i really dont know how kablam passed that off as a cartoon.
haha, okay so it was pretty awful really :P but i got the theme music into my head the other day and just burst out laughing. I remember it'd come on during the break of a Show like "Are you afraid of the dark" and I would get totally side tracked by this race car driving rabbit...
