I recently found a issue of Wizard from 2001, where in a article titled “Clash of the Ti-toons”, the staff listed, in their opinion, the 100 greatest cartoons of all time. There was some rules though, they are-
1. No Care Bears.
2. Films are excluded (otherwise you would see Disney all over this list.)
3. One, a cartoon had to be able to withstand the test of time. And two, a 'toon had to be able to appeal to different age groups. Without further ado, here's the list:
