I recently found a issue of Wizard from 2001, where in a article titled “Clash of the Ti-toons”, the staff listed, in their opinion, the 100 greatest cartoons of all time. There was some rules though, they are-
1. No Care Bears.
2. Films are excluded (otherwise you would see Disney all over this list.)
3. One, a cartoon had to be able to withstand the test of time. And two, a 'toon had to be able to appeal to different age groups. Without further ado, here's the list:

Well that's the list, I agree with about 85% percent of it. Some 'toons shouldn't have been on there. Anyway, please tell me what you think of this. Thanks!

It's a decent list. Some of them I don't agree with and some look like they were stuck in there to fill space (Muppet Babies was a fun toon but not in the top 100 of all time). I think they've done a more recent one as well, though I can't remember what year or issue (I think it may have been in the past 2 or 3 years).

They did another one? They better not have put Naruto, Chowder or Flapjack on it. It whould be cool to see Cowboy Bebop on here, replace it with Muppet Babies or Men in Black.

No Sonic The Hedgehog?? I guess it breaks the third rule though because it only lasted two seasons.

That list sucks.

I can't believe the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles weren't in the top 10 or even the top 20.
