The older I get the more I like it. Wonderful actors, wonderful music and a wonderful story. Makes me feel like a kid again just to think of this marvelous movie.
With a title like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and a character named Truly Scrumptious, there's something for everyone to love in this film, LOL!!:

I was about to say the same thing. I was surprised to look at the cover and notice that Fleming and Brocolli were involved. I watched it several times when I was younger, and I enjoyed it. What I remember most, though, was Ace Ventura (Jim Carrey) singing it while zooming through the jungle in "Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls".
My friends all think its because of the car. Honestly, you can take the car away and this movie would still Rock! The music is outstanding and I just love those kids, they're so cool. And don't get me started on the scenery. The shots of the countryside are breathtaking.
This is one of my aunt's favorite movies and I recently bought it for her on DVD.
This is on my list for Santa.
