I can't remember the name of this toy for the life of me.
I last saw it in 1995. I bought it from a Wal-Mart in Oklahoma. It was basically a flower-on-a-necklace. It came with a clear plastic "container" on a necklace that looked kind of like a flattened out fishbowl made out of glitter plastic. You filled it with a gel, put a seed into it (it was usually a flower seed, with different packs for different flowers), and every day watered it with a few drops out of this small, soft plastic baby bottle. The top of the baby bottle was shaped like a flower. The necklace was made of this soft pink cording, at least in the one I had. The container itself was clear so that you could watch the seed germinate and the plant grow.
This has been driving me nuts for ages-- I can't find it anywhere on Google.
It may have been like Vase on a Lace or something fairy related, I don't recall.
