Darren Aronofsky is directing. Can't wait to see what he'll do.
Maybe ED-209 will have big ol' robot titties. I mean, we can hope.

I read on AICN earlier in the week that its actually a sequel set 20 years after the first. Don't know how much truth is in that. I do know that Robocop is not a movie that needs to be remade.
I herd the news on G4's covrage of Comic con.

I read that too it being a sequel and 20 years after the first one............sounds good that they're forgetting the third one existed.

I have high hopes for this considering the director and the desires to bring the character back to quality. I think after dark knight you'll see a number of movie companies realizing you don't have to water down darker characters to make money.
WOW. I FREAKING LOVE ROBOCOP!!! As long as they don't completely rape it, it should be sweet.

Predator really needs another film. Be cool if they could get both stars from the first film in a sequel.
They should have it set in siberia like what they did with the comics, Because that second film "loosly" uses the plot of concrete jungle and then the follow up was Cold War which all happens in Siberia.

With the talk of it being a sequel set 20 years from that last film, that opens things up.
