Need some help here guys and gals. I have been raking my brain trying to remember this cartoon. I remember seeing it when I was very young late 80's/early 90's. It involved robots that people could ride on. The robots have personalities too. I distinctly remember the young boy who the protagonist, he had a small robot companion and he was able to transfer the robot's memory from a small body to a big one that had weapons on it. These robots were not every pretty either. If I remember correctly they were just big block looking robots that had arms on them. The last thing I remember was the final battle took place on a huge moving base. Not a lot to go on, I know. But, I have to know what the name of this cartoon was. Lastly, I only remember seeing it once. I don't know if it was a series or not. Thanks. :lol:
Not Transformers or GoBots. This is pretty rare show. I have been doing web searches for the past couple of weeks and can't find anything.

Not it either. It wasn't CGI. Also, these robots didn't have legs, they had wheels. Not a lot to go on, I know. Thanks for the help.
It reminds me a little of Starriors. It was rumored there was one cartoon episode but I have yet to find it.

Robotix was going to be my other guess, before he said that the robots didn't have legs.
The only other one I can think of that's at all close is M.A.S.K., but that had distinct cars, not robots (though the kid did have his own robot).
