For years it has been a mystery to many Nick fans of the early 80's to the mid 90's (when nick was the best and in it's prime with snick ) what happen to many of the great nick shows ? Why was this show cancelled or this one gone there were just a whole lot of why's and no answers. Well even though Nick my never give us answers they'll just might make us happy with making a channel which is all about classic Nick :shock: . The channel is called classic Nick or Nick Rewind and is projected to be on a cable provider near you in the summer of 06 . Yes you heard it right Nick is finally thinking about the kids of the 80's once again . This is so cool just to watch shows like You can't do that on Television, Welcome Freshmen , Hey Dude , Salute your Shorts, the old snick shows (93-99) and many , many more of the best Nick shows ever . So to all you Old School Nick fans that have been waiting paitently for Nick to comeback the wait maybe over and for the first time since the orange couch left Nick there will be somehing that is worth watching on TV. :lol:

It's been rumored for a while that Nick is gonna have a rewind channel. I would so love that. Introducing a whole new generation to Salute Your Shorts, classic Doug, Pete and Pete, and other great shows that don't involve the stupidity of a talking sponge....

Nicktoons TV does a good job enough with some shows.

But a whole channel dedicated to classic nick shows would be better.

Good chance it'll be on digital cable, and I'm not gonna waste $40/month more just for a service which is 70-80% movie channels, just so I can watch nick classic. :evil:

These things have been floating about for retro everything channels ever since Cartoon Network launched Boomerang.

I love to see the old Nick Show back on Tv again I mess them so much I hope it true.

Will there be any chances of seeing "Grimm's Fairy Tales", "Mysterious Cities of Gold", "David the Gnome", "Noozles", "Legends of the Hidden Temple" etc. ?

Nick Gas and NicktoonsTV do air some (not all) of the nick classics like Hidden Temple ans Rocko. Noggin used to air Clarrsia and Pete & Pete for awhile before they took it off and replaced it with crap. I don't see a channel for Nick classics coming anytime soon. Even if it was coming, my area probably wouldnt pick it up til 07' or 08'.

nickelodeon is dumb. they should know that there r lots of people who want to see tha old shows. if they r fiendin 4 money like they r, they should come out wit some classics so that they can do that instead of jackin us up
