even though i was born on the 89, and i grew up on the 90's, i dont know how to represent the 90's on a costume, since i have to for a school play, please help me!!!

Bike pants. Anything Neon. A Fanny Pack. Those shirts with the spiralling out paints. Whirrily Wraps. Slap Bracelets. Scrunchis. Pretty much anything that was on saved by the bell. Its cheesey early 90s fashion. If you can crimp your hair, and do the wave with your bangs. I have pictures of myself in alot of that crappy garb. They will stay well hidden.

if you have any band shirts from the 90's that might work a bit
Silk dress shirt, tucked into a pair of jeans which are "tight-rolled" at the bottom and some Dr Marten shoes. Remember to accessorize with a Peace symbol hanging from your neck and some flip-up sunglasses.

It depends on what part of the 90s you want to dress like. I recommned the Clueless look with the thigh high socks and a short skirt, and a backpack purse.
