I don't remember that video, but I definitely remember the band Cibo Matto. They used to get a lot of play on my college's radio station. ("Cibo Matto 1999!" Crikey, that was seven years ago! I'm getting old.)
I remember seeing
this video,
this video, and
this video on Are-Oh-Vee, among many many others. They showed a lot of Rocket from the Crypt, Lush, and Superchunk videos which I also really liked. Every now and again, they'd whip out something really random, like an old black and white clip of Les Paul and Mary Ford doing "How High The Moon" or an old Elvis clip. I liked that, it broke things up a bit.
YouTube has a bunch of old skits from Are-Oh-Vee from in between videos.
Here's one of them, with "Matt KoRnfield" (not making fun of any real VJs, were they?). I believe I may have actually taped part of this episode when they first aired it on N1, although I'd have to dig through my parents' basement to find it again. :)
