Hmmm. does anyone else have this?
Pretty odd, but I cried 2 nights ago (I should never watch the damn evening news), and it stinged like a motherf*cker.
I haven't cried in a long, long while, can't remember the last time, but I don't recall tears hurting physically so bad. Felt like my eyes were really dripping acid or something.
I wonder if it's because I rarely cry, or because of all the medical stuff inside me.
Just curious. And no, nothing's really wrong, I just can't watch the news because I usually might get a small breakdown from all the chit.

I don't cry much anymore either but from your description acid tears sounds like an appropriate description for it.

Wow, dunno why tears would physically hurt unless you take in an exuberant amount alkaline. Do you suck on batteries? Perhaps it's the lysergic acid diethylamide.
Hehheh... to the best of my knowledge, I haven't been sucking batteries.

Sucking batteries? Does licking 9 volts alot count? Really though, that can happen honestly. High salt can be caused by meds. Yay for my pharmacy tech training! *offers a tissue* Just avoid sad stuff then ;)

Thanks for the information, I was hoping that it'd be about my medication, and not about something strange.
So most likely it's the acetate stuff that'd responsible for it.
I'll try not to be too... emo from now on.

You know, I have heard somthing similar to that on Ripley's Beleave It Or Not. SOmeone from Brittin started crying tears of acid after a big accident involving radioactivity. If it rains, she burns. But if she takes a shower or drinks water, she's fine. But if she cries, she burns her face BADLY!

Well, I didn't get burned, thank goodness. It just felt painful.

yeah I'm on enough meds to drop a horse and when I cry my tears sting alittle.
That sounds like a super hero power. Except for buring your eyes.

Like about 10 years ago, when I was thinking about high school, I began to cry, really hard. I couldn't even stop. All that I been through, it just depressed me.
