Are you sure the 4th one isn't real? When enlarged it looks more real than the first 2 pics.

Judging from the pictures, the sneak peak, and the trailer I saw on Yahoo.com Spiderman 3 looks like it's going to be cool. :D

yeah the comic con footage is the only thing offiacal at the moment. It looks unfinshed but the mouth looks awsome as it opens,he looks a bit too small in my opinin probaly becuase he hasnt fininshed morphing yet.

The one after which Im hoping hell look like but its from spiderman 3 game,thats what he'll look like.
The big dark pic which looks cool is either a production pic from a movie or a modeling pic Topher has gelled spiked bloned hair and doesnt where a long black coat in the movie just a leather jacket.

Meant to be fan made someone said they saw the same guy do something else using that trick and it came out yonks ago before anything offiacl so its safe to say its fake. We were all ecited about seeing it as well trust me but it was too good to be true and turned out to be fan made and crushed my hopes lol.
