I don't know i mean that clip came from TMZ. I don't trust anything from that site. I mean if you're a celebrity and do anything (good/bad/unimportant) it will end up on TMZ.
I didn't hear the mp3 put up with the conversation, but, it was shown on television through the News, Inside Edition, and if I'm not mistaken, even Entertainment Tonight has played the conversation. Seems that having it online wouldn't really be that much of a big deal, would it? Seems the privacy thing wouldn't truly apply since it's already been shared in other ways in a more, "legal" manner.
I don't know what to think.... I've always thought that Alec Baldwin was an asshole anyways... but it was very wrong to speak to his daughter that way - no child should be talked to that way, no matter what they've done! oh, and give Josh a break, he's just trying to do his job....:cool:
