That's so weird you mentioned that. I just watched that movie last weekend. I know a guy who bought like 50 kung fu dvds in one box, and that crappy midget movie was in there.
Look out for the awesome part where he rides his little scooter over the ravine. They also put him in a birdcage and throw it in the ocean. Totally the worst(best) movie on earth.
