This guy is a professional that has done work for the new Battlestar Galactica as well as Enterprise, but this is something he's done pretty much on his own as a pure fan thing, and all I can say is "Oh. My. God. Somebody give me a towel."
If they ever do a reboot of the Trek Universe, I want this guy at the helm of the special effects. I mean, its instantly recognizable as the Enterprise, but its also updated enough for the modern day where it doesn't look hokey.
I *SO* want to see that ship get into a dogfight with a klingon bird of prey.
