I agree with Lorax. I enjoy the previews. I enjoy going to the movies, and seeing the previews gives me something else to look forward to after leaving the theater.

I get to the movies early on purpose just to watch the previews.

The television commercial reels and business promos can stop, but keep the upcoming movie trailers coming. It is one thing that makes the movies memorable and enjoyable.

For those who do not like previews, get some patience. :p

Or wait for it to come out on VHS/DVD, and fast-forward it

Oh whoops, I discussed illegal activity, for:

          1) it is illegal to fast forward through movie previews on DVDs
and 2) barring that, most DVDs made after 2004 won't let you fast forward previews anyway

I do enjoy the previews unless they are run at every single movie I have seen. Every movie I have seen during the summer, I have seen different previews except for one: Bratz. I have no desire of seeing the movie. The one thing I don't like are the commercials they have before the previews.

I finally got around to seeing HP5 a couple of nights ago. It had a few movie previews, but I found it completely odd that there were so many commercials that you would see on TV. What's the deal with that?

                  Commercials???
I saw Transformers last week, and they showed full length trailers, not commercials

I don't get what's so wrong with the previews. It's all part of the movie going experience. Plus, it could be a great idea for an upcoming movie to show its preview before a big movie to create major buzz (Cloverfield)

IMO, if you don't like previews, you might as well get a bootleg copy.
(which SUCKS! Trust me. 90% of the DVDs I have are bootlegs  )

I'm fine with watching a few trailers, but there are more commercials than trailers now! I sat through about 10 minutes of commercials last night before the previews even started. I have a TV dammit, i have seen the commercials already.

Why would it be illegal to skip through the previews? That is a bullshit rule.

It has to be a joke because I'll skip over whatever I want after buying a DVD that own.

Anyway, it's true that there's a lot of trailers but it's for a perfectly good reason. And that reason is [message removed by Interpol]

I love watching the trailers too. In some cases the trailers are better than the actual movies.
