It came out on October 30, 2007, and my Mom had a hell of a time finding it in stores. I was a bit young at the time the series came on, but I saw a couple of episodes on Youtube and fell in love with the show. My Mom remembers watching it in 1994 and even taping some episodes, but she says she taped over those episodes with something else :x

Anyway, she looked in Target, Best Buy, and Circuit City. She couldn't find a copy at the first two stores, but a copy practically "hit her on the head" after looking for about a half-hour at Circuit City! And now I have the whole series on DVD, and will revel in watching the episodes!

Did anyone else watch the series, originally or on VHS or DVD? I've waited YEARS to get it on DVD :) .

I like Angela's rising sense of independence, but not Rayanne's wildness. Brian I can relate to, but he sometimes acted stuck-up. I haven't watched all the episodes yet and so I'll have more to talk about when I do. I know the last episode is a cliff-hanger and very heart-breaking.

We watched that during final exams in class senior year. I found it depressing.

i saw it at Best Buy last week, i'm gonna get it for my sister for Christmas. We used to watch that show together all the time, we still have a few episodes on tape somewhere.

I am going to get it for christmas a something for myself.
