hey did anyone catch the season finale? I actually like the show but am aware of the problems that took place off tv. I really wish that Sophia girl had taken the Kid Nation Monument instead of a ballon ride.

yeah, i watched the entire season, and actually really enjoyed it. speaking of the baloon ride/monument thing, what the HELL did they do with the monument when she didn't choose it? it was obviously already made, did they just destroy it, or end up putting it on the site anyways? if i were the one in charge of making that monument, i would be PISSED at her for not choosing it.

Maybe they put the monument in a studio backlot somewhere with props from other TV shows. I think it's good that the kids chose the balloon ride. They chose the more moral or practical reward every time, except for when they opened the arcade, which they closed down anyway. But you gotta think, they are kids...and they deserved to have something *fun* at least once.

Actually, it should have been more like the lord of the flies. There should have been a fat kid, with glasses that could have been nicknamed "piggy", then one of the kids could throw a large rock on his head, and he could die. That, my friends, is what would have made it awesome.
I actually watched the first 30 minutes, but the acid was starting to kick in and it just got WAY too weird, so I had to turn it off.
I've watched lil snippets of this show and find it so bad and funny at the same time. These kids are so dramatice and intence. I watched a lil bit if the last two episodes this season and i saw that one curly haired boy and his dramatic emotions, and then that chubby blonde haired girl, holy shit she was fighting with the chineese girl and her friend..i was like wow these kids are mean, it reminded me of Survivor with a mix of Degrassi.
