Well folks Rambo is out at theatres again. And Sly Stalone can use his AARP Card to buy his weapons. How about that. And Ive heard that Scary Movie 5 is in the works. You got Saw 4 that just came out on dvd. God where has the creativity and originality gone?

I think Scary Movie needs to end. The first two were funny but all the ones after that I lost interest in.

I don't see how anyone can take the new Rambo movie seriously and yes, you're right, the Scary Movie and Saw franchises are rapidly wearing thin.

Are they still making Land Before Time sequels? If so, then that franchise needs to make like the dinosaurs and become extinct.

And yeah, I agree that they should stop making Saw movies. Jeez, enough is enough already!

The Land before Time. God dangit. The movies all suck. The first and original is the best.

Ya i agree some of these new sequals to old movies such as the new rocky movie and the new rambo movie did not really need to be made. I mean when you make new movies such as rocky and rambo and add them to an old series it just messes the old series up and then leaves you wondering what is this?

If we're not just talking about movies here, I think it's time Scooby-Doo went bye-bye for good. Take that dog to the pound, already.

Saw sucked, it was a pointless rip-off of Se7en.

Well, I know that we there the Saw series will go up till Saw 7 before they make them straight to video.

The only way that these people will stop making movies is if they stop becoming profitable.

So, if you don't really think we need another Saw movie, but went to see it in the theatres, you're shooting yourself in the foot.

It's only going up to 6 (According to some contract the creators signed).

Also, I've been aware of Scary movie 5 since Scary movie 4 came out. Seriously, I had already seen REAL promo posters everywhere.

I like both Saw and Scary movie as franchises so I really don't mind.

Oh yeah, since it's not just movies we're talking about here. Wrap up the God damn Simpsons already! But alas, Matt Groening says that he sees no end in sight for The Simpsons. I think they have a contract that assures them they get up to at LEAST season 22 or 23.

Yes, it seems they are in the mindset that every movie needs to be revived with a sequel, or every movie needs to be a trilogy. Let's take a look:

                                  Aladdin: 1,2 and 3.

Little Mermaid: 1,2. I heard they were making a third one. Oh, and correct me if I'm wrong about any of these.

Lady and the Tramp: 1, and a sequel made about 50 years later. 50 freaking years!

Peter Pan: see above. Who makes a sequel 50 years after the original movie?

Fox and the Hound: first one released in 1981, second released this decade. Yet another long wait between sequels.

I'm sure there are others I missed, but I rest my case.

                                    The American Pie series.

There's American Pie, American Pie II, American Wedding, American Pie Presents: Band Camp, American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile, American Pie Presents: Beta House.

                                    Kill, Kill, Kill.

I don't think they still make these anymore but the Hellraiser movies got pretty old and even more stupid. I and II are good but it just went down hill from there.

Aint that the truth. On top of all the movies ( current and previous ones ) , hour long specials , you had the scooby kids , scooby scrappy hour , whats new scooby doo and now you have scooby and shaggy get a clue. Its really sad. How many times can a middle aged man or woman be unmasked?
